What we install

  • Teltonika industrial 4G routers, built for cabinets, outbuildings and harsh sites, with dual SIM where the site needs a second network.
  • External antennas where the signal is weak, fitted on the building or a mast.
  • A data SIM if you need one, sized for the cameras and systems on site.
  • Automatic failover: 4G as a backup to broadband, switching over if the line goes down.
  • Secure remote access through Nova Relay, so you can reach everything on site even though 4G doesn’t allow port forwarding.

Questions

Will 4G work at my site?

We check the signal on each network at the survey. Where it’s weak, an external antenna on the building or a mast usually makes the difference.

Can 4G be a backup for our broadband?

Yes. The router can switch to 4G automatically if the main line fails, so CCTV, alarm signalling and remote access keep working.

Can I still view my cameras remotely on 4G?

Yes. Most 4G connections don’t allow incoming connections (CGNAT), so we pair the router with Nova Relay to give secure remote access without port forwarding.

Do you supply the SIM?

We can supply a data SIM sized for what the site needs, or use one you already have.
