Nova surveyed every site in a single day, agreed camera positions with the management team, and phased the install over three weeks so residents were never disturbed. Old cabling was reused where possible to keep disruption and cost down.
The outcome
Full IP CCTV coverage across all four sites, central recording with 30-day retention, and access control on the main entrances. Reception staff can now verify visitors before unlocking the door, and incident review takes minutes instead of hours.
